Seekho India Pvt. Ltd was established in 2016 as a well thought of, market researched, globally connected Skill demonstration and education mounted on a LMS framework

The concept was to teach and certify people in various skills that have the potential to get them jobs and make them self-reliant - Atma Nirbhar.

A media professional for the past 27 year she runs a successful production house Rudra Communications which is a fully equipped film making studio that has made over 1400 short films in the past 25 years of its inception. Film maker, Environmentalist, Philanthropist and a Certified Life coach - Uma has a reputation of integrity and quality.

She has been making skill-based films for more than a decade. She is the film maker behind most of the launches of the Government projects on skilling including PMKVY 1 and 2. She has also been the official Press from India for WorldSkills International Competition in Germany, Brazil, Abu Dhabi and the recently concluded one in Russia.

She has extensively covered skills in the length and breadth of the country from Kashmir to Gulbarga and from Diu to Meghalaya, Shillong, Araria - places that are so remote that sometimes they are not on the map! And yet there has been a skill story there!!

Her widespread assimilation about the need for systemic skilling in India led her to dream and create Seekho - a Vision ahead of its time.
